PowerPoint Microsoft tips.

I) How get the song file from .PPS file.?

Simple as 1,2,3.
1 - First open your PowerPoint program software.

2- Go to File / Open the .pps or .ppt file you wish.

3 - Save file as html ( web page).

You're done. Get an explorer view of folder and ALL pictures, sounds, etc. will be there as single files with the exact extension.

II) How stop or pause a .PPS auto run file?

1 - Just right click on the picture or slide you wish.

Note: If Power Point slideshow is on auto running mode, depending on settings it was made, you are unable to modify the time period. But normally you can run it faster by mouse left clicking or pressing space bar.

III) How copy a picture from a password protected PowerPoint presentation?

1 - First of ALL open PowerPoint, and select Read Only mode.

2 - Open a new empty presentation. ( File / New)

3 - On the window menu select Cascade or show all windows.

4 - Then copy the pictures you want from the presentation to an empty slide.

5 - Now you can save your presentation with a new name.

IV) How do I open Microsoft PowerPoint presentations? How view a pps or ppt file?

1 - Download PowerPoint Viewer 2007 software of Microsoft and use for free.

V) Another question. Why Microsoft PowerPoint program software is not free? Can I download PowerPoint for free?

1 - Sorry. Ask Microsoft or Bill Gates.

VI) Is there a free option for Microsoft Office, with identical performance, like as sheet calc ( Excel), text editor (Word), database (Access), presentations (PowerPoint) ?

1 - The answer is YES. Try OOO = Open Office Org. It's free and on some cases, better than Microsoft Office.
